Edward Snell & Co:
Web Redesign

Goal:
The client’s previous website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and failed to effectively communicate the breadth of their products and services. We needed to restructure the website’s information architecture to make it easier for users to find the products and services they were searching for and to modernised the design with cohesive branding helping to reposition the client as a forward-thinking, professional leader in the alcohol distribution market.

Role:
Lead UI/UX Designer

UI + UX Design Strategies.

UI:
We modernised the website’s design to better reflect the brand’s premium offerings and industry position. The colour scheme was updated to evoke sophistication, and imagery was curated to showcase the product range effectively. The overall look and feel were aligned with the company’s vision of professionalism and trustworthiness.

UX:
We restructured the website’s information architecture to make it easier for users to find the products and services they were searching for. Given the high percentage of mobile users in the B2B space, we implemented a fully responsive design to ensure the site was optimised for smartphones and tablets. This improved the overall experience, reducing bounce rates and increasing engagement.

Conclusion.

The redesigned website successfully addressed the initial pain points, creating a more user-friendly, modern, and efficient platform. As a result, the company experienced a significant increase in online sales, customer satisfaction, and brand trust. The project not only provided a better digital experience for existing clients but also helped the business attract new customers, ultimately contributing to its growth and success in the competitive alcohol distribution industry.
